Hey guys! This is my first post from my new Website ,I'll be posting tour updates and songs, hopefully some video too.
First things first, I've been avoiding and ignoring Facebook for a good while now. Those red notification buttons really kick my anxiety into overdrive. I know it sounds kind of nuts but it's true, and I'd hazard to guess that I'm not the only one who feels this way. It's like clearing out an endless inbox from a long forgotten email address. However I realize that if I want to put my music out to the world, in any capacity, I'll have to suck it up and get back on the horse.while I work up the guts to get back on Facebook I will be cross posting from my website and see how that works.
As I'm writing this I'm preparing for a tour of the Midwest with the amazing and powerful singer/songwriter Kris Schultz. I'm in the process of recording acoustic versions of some of my newer songs for the tour. Recording is a stressful thing for me but I've got this! Kirsten Schultz designed our beautiful stickers and tshirts and I could not be happier. We're having a tour send off show at Irie Bean coffee on June 2nd with the incredible Megan Lacy, come help send us off, we would love to see you there!
With all that out of the way I'd like to share a video I made a while ago now. I made it with windows movie Maker and I think it's pretty cool even though I was told that it looked super outdated. Well hell, I'm an old school kind of guy I guess. Thanks for ready my lengthy post. Cheers!
